Seared Ahi tuna with my Buffalo sauce and a real wasabi, not just green horseradish. I inhaled these with a beer chaser.

Sauce is a little more Frank's Hot Sauce to butter, so 1 and a bit more to 1 part butter, then put hotter stuff in it to taste, meld over low heat. Other hot sauces, wasabi, horseradish, chili peppers, whatever you have on hand. I'm addicted to it, I could eat a stick of butter a day this way if I didn't know better.

Frank's is kind of mild as far as cayenne pepper sauce goes, so it takes extra kick to get it going.
