A bug in the forum itself

After logging in with the forum generated password I tried to change my password to one I can remember.

The page said the new password needed to be at least 6 characters long, I put in an 8 character new password, this was rejected by the forum, the reject page says the new password must be 9 characters long.

However many characters you want, make the numbers match on all the pages.

Re: A bug in the forum itself

*We* or *Someone from the team* doesn't make the forum. It's an implementation of FluxBB, a forum software.

Having said that, I confirm this bug and I guess this should be reported to FluxBB. While changing the password with a 6 character password, this is what I get,

"Passwords must be at least 9 characters long. Please choose another (longer) password."
