Did you? In the curr_cond there is briefly no information about the air pressure and the Conky then looks like this.

yes it happens from time to time when the conky run before accuweather has finished executing his script

Nice one. Can't get though, no dropbox.
Why not put images at scrot.moe and put conky code here?

As far as not posting the code, you know, I didn't really give it much thought.
I guess that's what this section is for, but you get into habits in other forums about don't do this, don't do that...see the rules...[edits rant] grrrrr, lol

^ then it was quite simple

- at first, I had found what I was looking for in an Italian ubuntu forum. These configuration files (audio_spectrum.lua .etc) are not sufficient. Finally I found the complete archive of @wlourf here.
In the README it is excellently explained.
- finally, the libraries impulse.so and libimpulse.so throws a
32CLASS errorTraceback (most recent call last): File "impulse.py", line 11, in <module> import impulse ImportError: /home/unklar/.conky/radiotray/audio_spectrum1.2/impulse.so: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS32

HEEEEY MrEd ... You know I just had to try that "tube clock thingy" of yours!
So I hopped on my trusty wagon with my best buddy and went to a nice quiet place I know of to work on it.
OH MY!!!!! WE WERE NOT ALONE!
But he turned out to be quite friendly and helpful.
Well, the first thing I run into is:
15 Jul 19 @ 11:44:11 ~
$ conky -c /media/5/Conky/MrEd_Tube-Time.conky &
libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
libpng warning: iCCP: known incorrect sRGB profile
pkill -xf "conky -c /media/5/Conky/MrEd_Tube-Time.conky"
[3] 30679
15 Jul 19 @ 11:44:12 ~
$ Conky: received SIGINT or SIGTERM to terminate. bye!
New friend says: "Strip the profiles, strip the profiles!"
So I humour him and strip the profiles.
15 Jul 19 @ 11:54:47 /media/5/Conky/images
$ convert mred-nixie-noback.png -strip MrEd-tube-time.png
HEY, not bad ... all good. Thank you new friend. BTW, he wasn't frm mars either, he was there looking for some rare mineral "KJti" or some such thing.
And since the supplied font is not a mono font the numbers seemed to 'shift' a bit in the tubes.
... time for a mono font. Enter:
xftfont Digital dream:size=40
And I see how I can streamline things under TEXT a bit soooo a tweak here, remove that, change this, tweak that, OOPS! more tweaking over there and I come up with:
TEXT
${image /media/5/Conky/images/MrEd-tube-time_500.png -p 00,00}\
${image /media/5/Conky/images/MrEd-tube-time_500.png -p 1390,00}\
${voffset 75}${color2}${goto 75}${execpi 10 date +%H |cut -c 1}\
${goto 169}${execpi 10 date +%H |cut -c 2}\
${goto 242}:\
${goto 315}${execpi 10 date +%M |cut -c 1}\
${goto 410}${execpi 10 date +%M |cut -c 2}\
${goto 1465}${pre_exec date +%d |cut -c 1}\
${goto 1560}${pre_exec date +%d |cut -c 2}\
${goto 1632}|\
${goto 1706}${pre_exec date +%m |cut -c 1}\
${goto 1801}${pre_exec date +%m |cut -c 2}${color}
Rather than resize the image in the conky (uses a tiny bit of CPU resources), I resized the image to: 500x196 and then set conky's "height as 500" and a width of 1920, since my monitor is 1920 wide.
Also I don't mind if the hours and minutes are 10 seconds off.
WARNING: Conky v1.10 does not have the "pre_exec" command; use: "execpi 86400"
EDIT: Error in the scrot it shows Day | Year not Day Month | Code fixed.

Now knowing that those ol radio, tv and whatever else vacuum tubes can be used for come in all sorts of sizes from short and thin, short and fat to tall and thin and tall and fat I went looking for some new ones. And found some that were made for the base MrEd supplied ... soooooooooooo.
SO WHY NOT!!! Here's the time with day and month on that set of tubes that I found in the back room.
And the code of interest.
