5 Hour Grateful Dead "Jam Only" Compilation 1971-1983

No croaky Jerry vocals or Bobby trying to be soulful, just pure jam!
...elevator in the Brain Hotel, broken down but just as well...

5 (five) hours, that's very tempting ......

Lol, his vocals could get croaky. Still, soulful Bobby is the worst. Phil FTW.

Mato Classical Dub = Dub with classical music pieces
This is amazing. A free download of superbly produced dub at 320 kbps? Based on classical masterpieces? I was suspicious when I saw the post was dated April 1st!
What a cool website!
Track One source material, Bach - Bwv1067 Orchestral Suite - Badinerie

Sorry for the upcoming post-spam, but it's my day off and I feel lazy. Posting these as I listen to them through the day.
"Warm Up" is actually the first track, Badanerie was 2. Source material for Track 3 is Prokofiev: Romeo and Juliet, Dance of the Knights.

Skipping ahead one, Track 5 is named "Sarabande Dub". There are dozens upon dozens of Sarabandes, that melody is not ringing a bell. Help? Same with Track 6, "Nocturne Dub". That one sounds vaguely familiar. Chopin?
Track 4 is genius (best track of the album), and whoever put together this little 2001: A Space Odyssey video is also. Also Sprach Zarathustra by Richard Strauss, composed in 1896, inspired by the poem by Friedrich Nietzsche.

The full composition, also a bit of genius...

I'm really pissed that I can't name "Symphony 3", the melody is so familiar and I'm sure I've preformed this. I'm pretty sure it's not Beethoven or Mahler, and I don't think it's Brahms (is it Brahms?)
Next, In The Hall Of The Mountain King (music for the Henrik Ibsen play "Peer Gynt", composed by Edvard Grieg, made famous in the Disney film Fantasia, "The Sorceror's Apprentice")...

Wrapping it up, Carl Orff from Carmina Buranda (third or fourth-best track on the album After Also Sprach and Symphony 3 Dub, and maybe Mountain King, the clip is an edit from the film Excalibur)...

And Track 11, Swan Lake by Tchaikovsky, a piece of merde, guano, horse manure, dung, poo-poo ka-ka...

I flipping hate Tchaikovsky, he's the majority of the reason why I quit my 25+ year career as a classical violinist and violist. I never want to play that boring dreck again, nor work with those weird, closet-case, symphony musicians. Screw that, life's too short and I want to have fun.
The Nutcracker cracked my nuts. That album needs electric fiddle, and I am that fiddler.
