Good Evening everyone ..
i recently installed BL on my old HP 620 notebook with 1gb ram and dualcore celeron processor and it's really nice and smooth but there is something i can't figure out . i navigated through the main menu but couldn't find any option related to lanugage as i wanted to add Arabic language as another input( typing ) language besides english .

Apparently solution was installing package xxkb: https://packages.debian.org/stretch/xxkb

edit: do you have two keyboards with different layouts or do you write both languages with same keyboard?
Maybe you should start simply typing in terminal
setxkbmap ar
setxkbmap en

Thanks for the quick reply ,
i'd like to write both languages with same keyboard and have a keyboard shortcut to switch between them "ALt+shift" for example . i installed xxkb but didn't notice any new icons to switch input language.
