Soooo, I messed up... I wanted to use newest Flash Player so I installed Chromium but then I saw that it doesn't have Flash Player at all so I wanted to install pepperflashplayer but everytime I try it to install it show me that packages are unlocated or something. Then I started using Iceweasel again but I founded that you can use newest Flash Player on Firefox (Iceweasel is based on Firefox like I know) with FreshPlayer but then I didin't had libpepflashplayer.so file I think and now when I open website which requires Flash Player it show me error that libpepflashplayer.so is missing... And I can't do anything because Chrome is only for 64bit now but I have 32bit and Chromium doesn't have Flash Player at all... So I don't know what to do.

Wow, that's hard to read. Relax, we can easily sort this out.
Please open a terminal and run the following command so I know what you are talking about...
apt-cache policy chromium iceweasel firefox flashplugin-nonfree
Post the output here and wrap it in Code tags (select the text and click the "Code" link above the post input area.
I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?

I have 32bit
Sorry, you cannot use pepperflash at all
You can use Adobe's Flash Player for GNU/Linux instead.
https://packages.debian.org/jessie/flashplugin-nonfree
it show me error
Please post exact error messages rather than vague descriptions of error messages.

With Iceweasel or firefox, or another supported browser (not chrome or chromium)...

not chrome or chromium
That's curious -- last time I checked, chromium uses libflashplayer.so if it is present.

I stand corrected, it's supposed to work on both Chrome and chromium in Linux. That page doesn't display the animation for me in chromium (jessie), though. I might have to move the plugin from ~/.mozilla/plugins, but I just use Firefox with extensions when I view Flash.

I downloaded the *.so file for chrome, placed it in /usr/lib/chromium/plugins and restarted the browser, no joy. It doesn't even show up in chrome:plugins.

It doesn't show Chromium installed because I already uninstalled it.

firefox-esr & flashplugin-nonfree work just fine for me in a 32-bit live session:
Chromium & Flash is not usable on 32-bit systems, Google dropped support in March.

So I just uninstalled everything what I had to install from Freshplayer and did sudo apt-get autoremove and that error that I showed before is gone now but now were has to be Flash Player element there isn't anything...

Double check...
apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree
Then restart iceweasel and see if the test animation plays...

Though it's not "the Debian Way", I prefer to run true Firefox from Mozilla and the latest Flash release from Adobe...

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Place libflashplayer.so in ~/.mozilla/plugins (create the subfolder). You can run firefox from whever you extract it to by clicking the "firefox" file. Firefox will check for updates everytime you start it and flash content will warn you before playback if the plugin is outdated/vulnerable.
If you want to make firefox more integrated with your desktop, see this post...

Run this command in a terminal:
firefox-esr
Then visit this site using the firefox-esr browser:
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
and click on the "Check Now" button -- what does it say?
To repeat: you *cannot* use the latest version of Pepperflash in a 32-bit GNU/Linux system.
From my test in the live session, the (older) Adobe-supplied Flashplayer package does seem to work in a 32-bit system.
If that is not working for you (if the Adobe site claims you do not have Flashplayer) then there is something wrong with your system and you will have to explain *all* of the things you have changed since installing it; the more detail you give, the better the chances of you getting stuff working again.

It says my Flash Player information.
I didin't take this foto in firefox-esr but it shows same information in there.

^ That's an old version.
Try this:
sudo update-flashplugin-nonfree --install
https://wiki.debian.org/FlashPlayer
EDIT: Once it says that "Your Flash Version" is "11.2.202.621" then that is as good as it is going to get for your system.
You would have to take this issue upstream.
