Perhaps I should point out "Dark Ocean" is just what I called it when I linked to the wallpaper on Paperwall, it's not what the photographer or original paster called it.
When I used it on my computer it didn't reflect the weather outside - I just liked it because it reflected the "weather" inside me at the time.
I used it with the Bunsen-Blackish theme as well. But my tint2rc was a bit different:

1) Put the theme folder in `~/.themes` ( or `/usr/share/themes` for all users);
2) Set the Openbox theme with Menu -> Preferences -> Openbox -> GUI Config tool;
3) Set the gtk theme with Menu -> Preferences -> Appearance.

Also place the Paper and Numix folders in ~/.icons, the jpg in ~/Pictures/wallpapers, the font in ~/.fonts, the tint2rc in ~/.config/tint2 and the compton.conf in ~/.config. Then you have to pick all the themes in various places.
Rename your old compton.conf file to something else and the Crocus one to compton.conf
All the settings are under "Preferences" in the right-click menu...
"Choose Wallpaper" for the wall.
"Appearance", set the widget theme to Crocus and the system font on that same tab, set the icons to Paper.
"Openbox>GUI Config Tool", set the theme to Crocus, and set the Openbox fonts on the Appearance tab.
"Compositor>Restart compositor"
"Tint2>Tint2 Chooser"
I think that's everything.
No, he can't sleep on the floor. What do you think I'm yelling for?!!!

'k, here's another one:
oncremmer2 GTK2, GTK3, Openbox and tint2 Themes
Includes a tint2 config file, utilizing tint2's new Executor plugin - see e.g. ohnonot/media-player-info for a suitable script.
3 Openbox theme variations. I prefer oncremmer2c.
Recommended font for window decorations: ohsnap bold.
The gtk3 themes come in 2 variants: gtk-3.0 and gtk-3.20. They have been created with oomox in less than 5 minutes.

Hi, hope you don't my my asking but when you say "2 variants: gtk-3.0 and gtk-3.20", does it mean that oomox can create the old-fashioned gtk3 themes, the ones without "scss", as well?
Using the Openbox (3.5.2) session of Lubuntu 14.04 LTS but very interested in BL :)

^ i have no clue. i included the gtk3 theme as a service to others (i'm not using gtk3) and because it was so easy to do.
have a look at the themes generated, and at oomox itself.

I've already posted about oomox. I know that it can generate the newer types of gtk3 themes. But thanks anyway
