Hi, I have a little problem with my tint panel. As can be seen in the picture I have between the icons a free space, but which I do not get away. As indeed must probably still run a program that blocks the place, right? I rummaged already in the tint config file but found nothing. Has one an idea?

How did you fix this? Just remove the applet? I had the same issue as you on my laptop. Running the bl-welcome script again fixed the applet for me so it was visible and working again.

Run the "bl-welcome" again from the terminal.
bl-welcome fixes this problem.

On desktop computers, if fdpowermon is running it will not display a battery icon because there is no battery, but still occupies space in the system tray. As baloon says, bl-welcome will fix this by removing fdpowermon on desktop machines.
