Northern and Southern Hemisphere Moon Phase Calendar.
Available in the Archive: 5_Moon_Phase_Calendar-365.tar.gz
You will need to change ALL the paths in the various scripts from:
/home/sector11/5_Moon_Phase_Calendar-365
/home/<your_username>/5_Moon_Phase_Calendar-365
$HOME and or /home/$USER does not work, I think it is because of the because of the "mogrify" command to edit the images:
Northern Hemisphere
~/5_Moon_Phase_Calendar-365/N/5MPC-365_N.conky

@ loutch - very nice -->> I love the conky on the right.
in fact it's AWESOME! LOVE that Barometer!
+1...absolutely beautiful. Great work, loutch. Hey Teo, any chance you could incorporate that barometer into one of the official scripts?

@KrunchTime
I can't get that Barometer working. It requires "conkyForecast" which stopped working for me years ago.
tic .. tic ..tic ..
Mind you the lua script might be able to use a command from one of Teo's scripts ...
name='execpi', arg='1800 conkyForecast --location=XXXX0000 --datatype=BR -u', max_value=1050, sub_value=950,
name='execi', arg='1800 conkyForecast --location=XXXX0000 --datatype=LT -u -x',
name='execi', arg='1800 conkyForecast --location=XXXX0000 --datatype=HT -u -x', max_value=60, sub_value=-30,
BR = Barometer reading
LT = Forecasted Low for today
HT = Forecasted High for today
-u, --hideunits = Hide units such as mph or C, degree symbols (°) are still shown.
-x, --hidedegreesymbol = Hide the degree symbol used with temperature output, this is only valid if used in conjunction with --hideunits.
I would suppose you/we might be able to:
1. call the script as per normal:
TEXT
${texeci 1800 bash /media/5/Conky/1b1_accuweather_images/1b1}\
and then
2. use this:
name='execpi', arg='600 sed -n '33p' /media/5/Conky/1b1_accuweather_images/curr_cond | cut -c-7', max_value=1050, sub_value=950,
name='execi', arg='600 conkyForecast --location=XXXX0000 --datatype=LT -u -x',
name='execi', arg='600 conkyForecast --location=XXXX0000 --datatype=HT -u -x', max_value=60, sub_value=-30,
For LT and HT use Temp (600 sed -n '29p' /media/5/Conky/1b1_accuweather_images/curr_cond) and Feels Like (600 sed -n '30p' /media/5/Conky/1b1_accuweather_images/curr_cond)
Now that brain though of this and put it to writing here - I must try it.
HMMMMMMMMM I see single quotes inside single quotes....
arg='600 sed -n '33p' /media/5/Conky/1b1_accuweather_images/curr_cond | cut -c-7'
maybe
arg='600 sed -n "33p" /media/5/Conky/1b1_accuweather_images/curr_cond | cut -c-7'
It seems logical to me.

Well, it 'almost' works.
This is the baro.lua using 1b1 accuweather
- (Steady) is hard coded as it's not in the script. Also Buenos Aires - it's easier that way
- at one point I had the hands showing pressure and temps - I lost them and don't have the knowhow to find out 'right away' what I did to loose them or how to get them back - more playing on my part.
<- larger than actual size.
- Interestingly enough I still have conkyForecast here so the images work. Although those 8 images are the same all the time so could be coppied to a directory just for this purpose.
- Also to small for my eyes to be of practical use, but size can me changed.
- - - must get the hands back first.

1. conky window a little larger than needed to accomodate the drop shadow on the background image.
2. changed the font so "I" can see it better ...
3. dropped the city name - I know where I am. (I think)
4. dropped the (Steady) - script doesn't do: Falling - Steady - Rising
- Teo has one that does - 0 + »»» time to change scripts
- so:
${if_match "${command}"=="-"}Falling${else}${if_match ${command}"=="0"}Steady${else}Rising${endif}${endif}
And where did the pointers go!!!! »» looking in a mirror »»
