AppImage Launcher

I know you aren't all fans of Appimages but sometimes its what you need, e.g. Arduino IDE latest version. I have just been using Appimage Launcher for the first time and without a fuss it has created the .desktop file and moved my Appimage from downloads into the right directory wizard!
