But why is your file manager named Rachael?
Because @hhh likes to use names from some of his favorite movies. Blade Runner in this instance.
@hhh - nice setup.

Thank you.
*cough* Blade Runner. If you're not Cop, you're little people. And you got it right, on this box I'm rachael@tyrell-corp. To quote Eldon Tyrell... "Rachael is an experiment, nothing more. We began to realize in them... a strange obsession."
As to how I got that layout for Thunar...
xfconf-query --channel thunar --property /misc-window-title-style --create --type string --set THUNAR_WINDOW_TITLE_STYLE_FOLDER_NAME_WITHOUT_THUNAR_SUFFIXRestart Thunar or logout/login. 4 possible settings...
THUNAR_WINDOW_TITLE_STYLE_FOLDER_NAME_WITH_THUNAR_SUFFIX (default)
THUNAR_WINDOW_TITLE_STYLE_FOLDER_NAME_WITHOUT_THUNAR_SUFFIX
THUNAR_WINDOW_TITLE_STYLE_FULL_PATH_WITH_THUNAR_SUFFIX

Oh, and Fn 9 to toggle the side pane.
I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?

Yes, sorry, for clarity that is a virtual machine running the Grml live ISO from my Chimera Linux GNOME desktop.
Grml now automatically adjusts the desktop resolution to match the available window size when running in a VM, which is really nice. I wish I knew how they did that, deadbang users have to log out & back in again to trigger a resize.

Not exactly a screenshot. But I'll post it anyway. The picture was taken yesterday afternoon on the outskirts of Tunsberg in Norway. This is a Hi-Res photo presented as it was taken. I just thought it was worth sharing. I hope someone will take it and use it, and maybe present it in a screenshot later on in this thread ![]()
[Edit]
As PacRat points out in his post - This should have been posted in the the Cheery Pic of the Day thread. I've asked the Administrators to move it there if possible.

Nice. The forum also has the Cheery Pic of the Day thread for sharing your photographs. The size restrictions on images is not as stringent in that thread so you can show off your photographer skills a bit.

Managed to get trixie dependencies installed for the Wayfire install script to work, I'm at the latest stable version after removing the debian packages and I seem not to have borked anything! The scripts also build and install current wf-shell, wcm (config manager) and extra plugins. Here's closing nautilus using the shatter animation (the window fragments, showing the wall/windows behind it, then the shards fly out and towards you)...
Other extra animations are helix, vortex, and melt. So much dork! ![]()
