Imagine the following:
Bunsenlabs Helium 5 was just installed from that 1.1GB hybrid iso for 32Bit i386.
Now you would like to install the software pokemmo in it.
What do you do then?

I suspect you are still on debian-stretch. This package exists in debian-buster.
Please post output of

^Apparently, you are on the debian-stretch, and there is no pokemmo-installer package.
The guide for Lithium you linked is a good guide for installing it, provided it is convenient for you to make a clean install.
However, it seems you are using i386 arch, and AFAIK, Lithium release candidate is ready only for amd64 arch. Please, ask devs what is status of i386 ...

No, that was a year ago. There is an install iso since oktober. Forum thread: Lithium test iso available. Downloadlink from https://www.bunsenlabs.org/installation.html
If you are experienced user or just want to test, you can make an dist upgrade instead of new installation.

If you are in hurry to run Lithium and don't have time wait until the i386 iso ready, you have two options:
1.) Install a basic Debian Buster CLI install from eg the "netinst" iso. Add Lithium repo, install Lithium specific applications (will also install from Debian).
The procedure is descibed in the thread Experimental BunsenLabs Lithium repository has been set up
The repo is not experimental, it is quite mature, soon public.
2) Upgrade your current Helium installation to Lithium dev.
But, you need to do som reading! You can not mix repo for BL Lithium and repo for Debian Stretch!
Package bunsen-meta-all can not bee installed when you have stretch repo! It depends on buster!
If you are not intrested in doing som work, you should wait until i386 iso is ready.

@ab90
You have added the Lithium(Buster) source to your Helium(Stretch) system. How many times must it be said - Dont Break Debian?!!!
Debian Stable should not be combined with other releases. If you're trying to install software that isn't available in the current Debian Stable release, it's not a good idea to add repositories for other Debian releases. The problems might not happen right away, but the next time you install updates.
You now have created a FrankenDebian, and a lot of problems for yourself.
Near the top of this forum section is How can I add new software?.
