...Adding more info is just a 'man conky' and a file-edit away, everyone.
Then would it be a 'man up conky'?

Help me Jebus, how do I post an imgur thumbnail?
Anyway, I like that Conky! A bit lean on info, but makes up with style.
I call it "bigClock-conky.conf". I don't have Futura Bk BT installed, so it's defaulting to our sans font (Noto Sans? I've forgotten.)
Great minds think alike! My family all think it is the Windows lock screen :-)

Those aren't conkys, those are free samples.
Simple is nice ... someday I just might make a simple one....
but what about temps ..
then there's net stats ... Oh and weather.

@S11, I always wanted to make an animated wallpaper using conky and lua but never found the time.

The simplest idea I had was a BL flame that would be like blue and burning low during the day but it would transition to a lithium red one at night or something.

Now that's and interesting idea. Unfortunately my LUA skills are zero. I can tweak stuff, sometimes, but not create ...
I would do it with a bunch of images and the image command.

Reinstalled home OS last month - first time since 2010 because of the system drive upgrade (I've replaced first generation SSD with NVMe M.2 drive), and decided to stay with MS. The hardest part was dealing with W10 privacy tweakes, and in the end I've set up Pi-hole server for my PC and all wifi clients. Blocking statistics are scary, especially for Chinese and Apple phones.
Anyway, still rocking the least intrusive look I've settled with over the years:
Señor Chang, why do you teach Spanish?

Honestly, I've installed Pi-hole mainly to track my phone with LineageOS, and still I'm not happy how it behaves. Currently I feel like I'm in some sort of discfunctional marriage: I told LineageOS not to do the connectivity checks, it said "Alright" (all settings are saved after reboot), but it still does it regardless.
At spare time I'm trying to break BL lithium beta installation with my standard usage, but it holds up well with my sheningans.

@cothrige, welcome and thanks for posting! That's xfce4-appfinder, I'm guessing? Anyway, a pretty desktop!
No, he can't sleep on the floor. What do you think I'm yelling for?!!!

@hhh, Thanks for the kind words. No, it isn't xfce4-appfinder (never loved that for some reason) but just jgmenu using the greeneye theme. Ever since first discovering that menu here on previous BunsenLabs releases I have fallen in love. I use it for my shutdown menu too. Very versatile and easy to customize.
