In the Network Manager applet, it says "Wi-Fi is disabled".
'iwconfig' can see the Wi-Fi adapter.
However, 'iwconfig' no longer has the 'scan' feature.
I've installed BL Hydrogen onto an ASUS EEE 901 after Helium wouldn't start.
I've never had this issue with BL on this machine before, but now it's a problem.

Fixed using:
'sudo rfkill all && list all'
Wi-Fi connections in range are now appearing.
