hardinfo throws some gtk gui errors, and doesn't load until a blank popup is closed.
damo@lithium-dev:~$ hardinfo
(hardinfo:6803): Gtk-WARNING **: 12:06:49.995: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "adwaita",
The warning goes away after
sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends gnome-themes-standard
but the blank windows are still there until the popup is closed.

Just confirmed both of these.
The GTK "adwaita" warning appears often, so maybe we should add gnome-themes-standard to the install list?
The popup window will need some more research. I couldn't see anything likely in the Debian or Ubuntu bug reports.

An oversight on my part, I guess, by trying to keep the forthcoming CD-ISO down in size. Adwaita is stupid small for an icon set, please add it to our next full-ISO.
For the CD-ISO, I think we already decided on Paper, which is light on resources. I don't know if adding Adwaita to that will be a problem, but probably not (2 lights equals slightly heavier?) We'll cross that bridge later.
I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?

^I don't think this is about the Adwaita icon set, but a theme engine. (The icons get pulled in anyway from dependencies that we can't get rid of.)
And, agreed if it's just about harmless warnings, then no need to include gnome-themes-standard on the CD iso. Space is going to be tight there anyway.
