Gigabyte h310m problem cpu

Hello to everyone from Russia.

I have a problem with resource usage and incorrect screen resolution. Bought two computers, differ only by motherboards.
On gigabyte h310m h 2.0 happens: increased memory and processor consumption at once when booting, including on Live Cd. And so is the incorrect screen resolution. How do I change it? Windows 7 works correctly on the same system. The screens attached.

Another computer with Bunsen works fine.
