I had one that used http://themoneyconverter.com but they squashed wget/curl and text based browsers.

Probably because their "spy 1x1pixel images" are not detected therefore not activated etc etc.

These places want your "soul" to use their sites!

It was the conky config file, I totally forgot to fix "sed -n" pointers, so it was pulling the temperature of the same day and displaying it every day. Plus, it's a pain in the tush to get a working rss feed from accuweather if you leave outside the US.

- I corrected the README file of the 2_Wunderground script to include info about the pkill command. I also added a CHANGELOG.
- Moved the 3_NWS_XML script to git, after I corrected a couple of things in it.

Now that the mud seems to have settled, I must confess that I was a bit scared when the two most downloaded scripts (Accuweather and WUnderground) stopped working.
So I decided to create a new script as a backup using weather.com.
Now, I know that weather.com has been a pain in the ass in the past, but nowadays their pages are not (completely) infested with javascript. I managed to come up with some code that produces some results.
You're gonna need to have convert in order for the script to work properly, therefore you'll have to install imagemagick on your system (it's probably been installed anyway, it's a very useful package).
I've created a couple of conkyrcs for you to test (WARNING: They were created on a 163dpi monitor configuration. They will look monstrous when other values are used). The first one is a shameless copy of one of the WUnderground's conkyrcs (cause I'm a lazy Greek) and the other one is a feeble attempt at creating a horizontal configuration - I'm tired of the vertical ones.

THE BAD: I've tested the script on my brother in law's pc (Ubuntu Mate 18.04) and it doesn't work properly. The svgs are not shown as they should and they are not converted to png at the end.
The whole thing works on my Arch installation flawlessly.
I'm waiting for your testimony.

THE GOOD: This one seems to be mutlilingual. I've tested in English, Greek, German and French and it works. Waiting for your experiences.

As with all new scripts, treat it kindly and report everything back so that I can correct it.

Have you tried running the script (not the conkyrc)?
Do you get the now, 10days and hourly files?
Is the Forecast_Images folder populated?
