Hello. I just discovered bunsenlabs linux and I have a few questions.
1. When will next version of bunsenlabs be released?
2. Is there any guide on multi-desktop environment?
3. Am I able to pin apps at the top-left box?
Thank you.

1: When it is ready. Debian Buster will become Stable soon, so hopefully BL Lithium will follow afterwards. Test isos are being built now.
3: The panel is Tint2, and launchers can be added - look at the code to see how it is done
# Each launcher_item_app must be a full path to a .desktop file
Menu -> Help&Resources -> Tint2
Menu -> Preferences -> Tint2 -> Edit Tint2

Thank you. One more question:
Could I add a dock to bunsenlabs, just like on MacOSX? Or I have to use third-party software?

How about looking at the Openbox FAQ's? What is this dock I hear so much about?

^ while technically correct, i think op would have difficulties recreating a macos experience with that.

yes, you could.
i don't understand the term "third party" here. yes, you'd have to install something from the debian repos.
