Skype for web ends support for Mozilla Firefox

MS has abandoned support for browsers other than Edge and Chromium based ones. I refuse to alter user agent string in my browser, it's kind of a political statement from my side.

I guess it was about time for me to pull my hand out of that hollow tree with a stinging beast inside of it.

Re: Skype for web ends support for Mozilla Firefox

With the result they've also abandoned any 32 bit non-windows users.
Skype for linux > amd64 only
Chromium > amd64 only
Edge > Windows only

Firefox was pretty much the last refuge for x86

adopting webkit, they immediately start pushing their decision by actively ignoring firefox - or: how can you extinguish if you cannot embrace?
business as usual.

There is a flatpak for Skype...it works but a tad slow (typical of Flatpak'ed apps).
