Because when I used an online colour chart for the elements it said "rose-red, #ff0000". Whatever the name, the emission spectrum is 670nm, #ff0000, rgb(255,0,0).

I still haven't figured out how to change the cyan because it's hard to read.
In the 05_debian_theme it didn't work and I don't know if @johnraff hid it somewhere else.

Found it myself. Probably I was blind. 8)
The setting is located in 39_bunsen-text-colours

EDIT: BTW Have you had a play with some of the Artistic filters in GIMP? "Cubism" gives some great effects.

That is great. (I did play with gimp a bit, for some reason I decided that svg output is cooler, also I couldn't find gmic in my version, so ...).

The gimp-gmic for buster has a problem with QT. I have a workaround, but it potentially messes up the appearance of other QT apps. In .xsessionrc I have
