Whats the easiest way to establish an update without uneccassay stuff?

Back up your important files and install current Debian stable.
Seriously, how did you end up with sources for jessie, wheezy and squeeze(!)? Current Debian stable is stretch and buster will be the next release, likely within the next year.
Remove your sources.list entries for everything but jessie, upgrade and post any errors back.
I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?

Hi,
now i have the opportunity to do a fresh bunsenlabs.
I guess, running apt-get upgrade-distro
is somewhat unelegant? Can i create a backup within this laptop that can open again in the newly installed (from stick)?
To be honest, i would prefer upgrade-distro ...
Greetings

i ddnt upgrade but reinstalled.
can you just tell me, how i see the ppas i added myself, with a terminal command; and maybe get the infromation what the purpose of it might have been, in case i forget what it was ment for^^ as well as cleaning the ppas...

^ Just as long as you remember that you answered "Yes, I understand" during the BL post-install sequence, when told that adding PPA's can break your system.

Wow, this reminds me of how i broke elementary OS once ^^ :
i added "abrowser", which was an awesome browser, similar to slimjet.
After one year, i did Upgrade-Distro.
There was a crash and the problem was that trisquel-packages substituted debian stuff!....
About stating i once installed "abrowser", i only got the respond that the project was loooong abandoned xDDD
Now, really, the only explanation for those squeezy jessy whatever things that are listed in my initial post here, is my last years antimicro-software rant that i MASTERED with HEAD ON A STICK here in this forum by going through debian packages ?!?! at least i believe that...
