Internet as wallpaper storage, wallnet

The idea is that it might be easier to move 13k script from machine to machine than pack of mega png wallpapers.

Usage: Edit the script, populate the array as needed: name,url,nitrogen-method

Examples:

wallnet -h
wallnet -g Starwars
wallnet -g Starwars -p # set permanent

What is does:
- download, cache, set wallpaper

What it does NOT do:
- good multihead support, dual monitor support is kinda hacked in ...
- Doesn't use any method to check if images are correctly downloaded/cached.
- Nitrogen handling may be limited/dumb

Thanks to scrot.moe for hosting wallpapers && weserv.nl for a very fast proxy.
