Backported tint2 now in main repo

Our backported tint2 (currently 16.4-1) is now available in the main "helium" repository, and existing BunsenLabs users will recieve the upgrade automatically. This fixes a bug with the current version whereby folder icons are not always displayed correctly.

While it is our longstanding policy to ship only standard Debian packages by default, leaving backports as optional installs from the "stretch-backports" repository, we did make an exception for yad in BunsenLabs Hydrogen, and after discussion with the community, the team felt the improvement in user experience justified another exception here.

As a bonus, the standard tint2 will now support gradients, buttons and some other config options.

And many thanks to @o9000 for developing tint2 and @twoion for making the BL backports.
