ICE web app integration for Bunsenlabs/Debian

hmm.
at least for chromium you don't need this ice app at all.
i just tried with seamonkey, it's not so easy (apparently not for firefox either).
i wonder what this python script actually does.

(it's also not a very good idea to go editing apt-installed files in /usr/bin; a better approach would have been to create a symlink from /usr/bin/chromium-browser to /usr/bin/chromium)
