I have an ASUS Eee PC 900 that CrunchBang was installed on and I know the username but the PW escapes me. Is there any solutions without reloaded the OS?
Thanks for any support.

Highlight the #! GRUB menu entry and press "e" then add this to the end of the line that starts with "linux":
init=/bin/bash
Then press <Ctrl>+x to boot the modified entry.
Once booted, remount the root partition read-write:
mount -o remount,rw /
Then reset the password with:
passwd $USER
Replace $USER with the actual username.

^ Interesting.
Sidebar: Does this work with any Linux installation? If so, this adds a potentially disturbing level to "physical access is root access".

Yes.
Full disk encryption is the only way.

This solution to the PW recovery looks good but I have an even bigger issue. I have an ISUS Eee PC 4G and I can not figure out both the username nor the password. I need assistance please. Thanks in advance

We're not supporting Waldorf anymore since it's so out of date, this forum is mostly just for legacy and archive purposes.
If you've installed #! Waldorf and need help, please start a new thread with a clear subject (so people using a search engine might find it).
If you'd like to try our latest release, it's available in a "Live" ISO. For very weak/old hardware, maybe try the CD-sized ISO...
If you have problems with that, please open a new thread in our "Basic Help and Support" forum...
You know, you used to be a nice guy once.

it might be wise to leave the eeepc as it is - otoh you shouldn't ever connect to the internet with it because wheezy is EOL.
If BL, you might want to stick to the jessie-based release.

easy:
do what HoaS said, then:
ls /home
you should see your username as a folder.
