conkystart.sh seems not to work

I install helium on asus k55n no ploblem everything seems to work ok
the conkstart.sh is not workin no execute only open with text editor any help with this.
to start conky's i am using conky-sessionfile.

#!/bin/sh
   # click to start, click to stop
    
if pidof conky | grep [0-9] > /dev/null
then
exec killall conky
else
    
sleep 5 # sleep not required for xfce on startup - 30 or more for others
conky -c ~/conky-conf/battery/conkyrc-battery &
exit
fi

I already try that , and properties permissions but seems not working...

ok to make it work go to properties , open with ,other aplication ,use a custom command type bash and it works..
