good question.
i don't think bunsenlabs has any sort of GUI for that.
i will start with this search query: Linux How to set the mouse left handed.
it leads me to this article.
note that the top 2 answers have the same number of votes - both are 100% valid, but only one might apply to your situation.

to make it permanent, i suggest adding a line to ~/.config/openbox/autostart.
