It is really just about disabling the shadowing. In that light, it seems to do what it is supposed to do but the double title bar thing is worse than the shadows!

OK let's just leave it as a suggested tweak users might want to try.
In fact, we should have a dedicated thread for that kind of thing maybe?

And I'l take gtk3-nocsd out of the package lists again.
