[SOLVED] BL installer and localization in a lang. other than English

Hello

The Crunchbang installer (at least for Waldorf) had one minor flaw: if a language other than English was selected, the installation was not successful. In fact, to be able to install, on more than one occasion, I had to do an installation in English and then locate in my language (Italian).

Is this problem still present in the Bunsenlabs installer or can I directly choose my language during installation?

The BunsenLabs installer is basically the Debian installer.
You can choose a language other than English for the installation interface, and I'm pretty sure (I haven't done an install in another language) that your choice will continue to the installed system.

If the Debian installer failed in the way you say, I'm sure there would have been world-wide complaints!

Of course the BunsenLabs user interface itself has no support for other languages than English at the moment, although most of the programs installed have good internationalization, and I can confirm that a Japanese locale will work.

incidentally, i recently installed a german bunsenlabs and there were no problems.
