Apt install

Hi All

Everything was working great till I opened my laptop this morning started to install phpmyadmin for college project and I got this message: E: The value 'stable' is invalid for APT::Default-Release as such a release is not available in the sources.

After an intense search online I have come up with what I think is the source of my issue, I am missing /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10defaultRelease but ain't a clue what that file is or where I can get a copy of it. Anyone able to help.

Kind regards

Killer
