the desktop doesnt fit the screen via hdmi.
Configure Display wont help.

What exactly is the issue:
The computer is configured to use the native resolution of the HDMI display but the display shows black bars or a distorted picture or
You have connceted a secondary display via HDMI (using 2 displays) and on one of the displays, the image is not shown in the native resolution or with black bars or distortion?

The resolution doesnt matter. Its more like the cable or smth places the screen slightly too much at top...
