How can i install themes to busenlabs linux

yesterday,i found this theme: https://github.com/B00merang-Project/Windows-10,it supports open box,but i have no idea how to install this theme

it wasn't clear enough,i mean i extracted the files to those 2 folders but then i don't know what to do,since i have no experience on busenlabs linux can you make it easier for me to understand like a tutorial?
