Well the ghost can be my "sticky" fingers. I read about dmenu and it's a part of suckless-tools and suckless-tools was not installed! Reinstalled and alt-menu is back. Back to right-click menu! New user login and ... no right-click-menu! So it's systemwide!

Have you tried commenting out everything in ~/.config/openbox/autostart including tint2

^ What is this and how do you know that it is 100% compatible with BunsenLabs?
I don't trust that Spotify repository either[1] but I don't think it would steal your menu because other people have used that with no complaints to that effect.
