cd-rom not mounted at usb install [SOLVED]

When I want to install bunsenlabs linux I got message CDROM not mounted .. after selecting language and keyboard. Looks like it the live USB key got unmounted during install procedure.
Is it possible to install from live desktop with a command like ubuntu or other live systems?
thank you very many smile

That error is very common and usually indicates that the ISO image has been transferred to the USB stick incorrectly, did you follow https://www.debian.org/CD/faq/#write-usb?
