SDL stable 2.0.7 please

Can we please get SDL2 updated in the repositories?
Current stable is 2.0.7 (https://libsdl.org/download-2.0.php), bunsenlabs is running SDL 2.0.2 from 2014 and it is missing the function SDL_QueueAudio.

Debian Stretch has 2.0.5 so if you upgrade to helium-dev you can have that now.
2.0.7 is in Buster and Sid, but it's unlikely we will be backporting it for BL.
