Thinkpad x1 5th generation. Any issue?

Good morning,

I hope I haven't chosen the wrong section of the forum.

Through the university I work in, I have ordered a Thinkpad X1 5th generation (I can be more specific on the model if necessary) and it comes with Windows10. I would like to install instead Bunsenlabs, which I have been using on my old desktop for years.

Has anyone already installed Bunsenlabs on such a machine? Is there any issue I must be aware of?
The IT technician may want to resist my choice but I really dislike Ubuntu or similar heavier distribution.
