Tint2 Buttons

Not sure how to ask this but will give it my best shot.

Ive created 4 desktop buttons that i want to have active backgrounds for, similar to active tasks so when you are working inside the desktop the active buttons background has the blue line under, at present it doesnt look like there is that functionality for the buttons?
