[SOLVED]Cursor changing size depending on application

My cursor is HUGE in Google Chrome. It also get's really big when I hover over a file in the file manager. (It's works normally in the file manager, UNTIL I hover something. Then it get's really big)

I tried changing the cursor them and rebooting, but the issue persists.

Am I missing a config somewhere that's causing this?

I solved this by editing

/etc/X11/Xresources/x11-common

And adding this to the bottom of the file

Xcursor.size: 22
Xcursor.theme: DMZ-White

Just make the size and theme match the system theme
