Watching the sun rise with a hot steaming mug of high-octane caffeinated joe in your hand...Is there any better way to start the day?

Tea? Oh, right, it's a British thing. No need to duck and run, it's what you drink. Perhaps the mug of morning joe is a traditional Yank thing, FWIW, if I'm not enjoying a mid-afternoon double espresso, I usually alternate with a green or white tea. 8)

And when you can't drink it - eat it!
Dark chocolate-coated coffee beans - 28 pieces - 336 mg of caffeine, but OH so good!

Or artificial sweetener tastes like sugar ... NOT, and that after taste, do they tell you about that? NO! YUK!
Yeah, even stevia has an odd taste. I don't know how people use that stuff. I've tried numerous times and I always go back to sugar, preferably organic.

Yea, that stuff is found easily here, so I tried it, and threw it away. My blood sugar levels are always in 'the green' so to speak so I'm not over doing it with sugar.
Have you ever tried coffee with brown sugar? Nice taste.

I prefer coffee with some sugar and cream. Pretty boring, but that's how I like it.

I agree stevia does have a pretty striking after taste, but Splenda I've found to be the closest to real sugar, which I just can't use..Besides, the coffees I drink are usually all flavored anyway so I could actually get away drinking it black

Instead of using sugar in my coffee (when I don't drink it black), I use Sucanat, an organic sweetener made from 100% certified organic sugar cane.

@ Horizon_Brave
If you can't use sugar it's obviously not a choice. My grandmother was diabetic and she learned to live without sugar. That was before artificial sweeteners became popular, once they did she figured, why bother, she was use to no sugar by then.

I'm with you altman. Why complicate the necessities of life?
The more black, the better. As a matter of fact, I'd eat it with a spoon if I could make it thick enough!
