Pad not working at all

Hello !

I tried BunsenLabs in a live session on a Acer V Nitro VN7-792G-7844, and got some issues. The biggest is the pad not working at all.
Any idea how to fix this ?

Thanks you very much for any help smile

That laptop seems to be a Skylake device so if the firmware changes don't work then a newer kernel might help:

Unfortunately, there is no backport for the synaptics driver so you may have to try Debian stretch (note though that they have switched to xserver-xorg-input-libinput as the default driver for touchpad devices with xserver-xorg-input-synaptics available as an option).
