Should be under "WWW Browsers>Install>Google Chrome" or similar.

Using Search in this Forum I found that I am not the only one having this Adobe Player problem. Some of them have found a solution but unfortunately it does not work in my PC. Using Google Search I succeeded to download a .deb package of Chrome. But unfortunately it is for an amd_x64 processor and this computer has some old Pentium.

It seems that I must addmit losing and use a Brute Force solution. My daughters boyfrend gave me a modern PC. It was decommissioned from his office. For a clear reason I do not know. It has an Intel Core I7 processor. It has been running Windows7 and Mint 12 Linux systems. I give it to Anja cool

But I personnally like BunsenLabs distribution and this old Pentium PC 8.(

Re: How to get Flash Player

Google doesn't offer 32 bit version anymore. You could try Chromium on that old beast:

sudo apt-get install chromium chromium-l10n

(l10n contains language packages, including fi).

Thank you! This Chromium may be another version than the one I had installed in this BunsenLabs distribution. But it did not be able to show the faximile of my Kaleva newspaper. And according to apt-get the newest version is also already installed.

I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?

Re: How to get Flash Player

I don't see any bugs filed yet for the Debian flashplugin-nonfree package for the current breakage, though it seems like it's been a week.

Slimjet browser is yet another Chromium rebuild, but bundles the pepperflash plugin and still has 32-bit version, along with some other nice features.

Re: How to get Flash Player

Now I got the paper LINUX MAGAZINE. Containing a DVD with Debian 8,7 Jessie 32-bit. I installed it. I must admit that it works considerable better in this old PC  roll

All videos in Facebook and in one newspaper - nice to se  smile

But again that dawn www.kaleva.fi - Adobe Player needed!

There on that page Adobe "kindly" give me the possibility to download the version APT for Debian and Ubuntu. How nice!

But when starting the Download somebody did not understand the address apt:adobe-flashplugin?channel=$distro-partner mad

Re: How to get Flash Player

My apologies if this or something similar was mentioned.  There are too many responses to read through.  Anyway, installing Slimjet automatically installs PepperFlash.

We appreciate the thought but isn't that guide for Windows users?
