July 2017 Screenshots

Please use: thumbnail.png <<--thumbnails!

Do not embed images larger than approx 250x250px (62,500px) into posts, use thumbnails linking to a hosted image instead

We recommend http://scrot.moe for image uploads.
Created and maintained by our very own mrneilypops for BunsenLabs.  Thank you very much mrneilypops!

imgur.com:

Avoid the large thumbnail www.imgur.com code, use the "medium" link thumbnail.  An example of the code:

[url=http://imgur.com/your_image_code][img]http://i.imgur.com/your_image_codem.jpg[/img][/url]

Notice the m in your_image_codem.jpg in the IMG code block

Users have been using www.postimage.org in the past as well which does a nice job and is Multilingual.  Upload your image to the site and grab the Thumbnail for Forums code.

Example BB-code from imgbox.com:

[URL=http://imgbox.com/xxxxxx][IMG]http://t.imgbox.com/xxxxxx.jpg[/IMG][/URL]

[url=https://scrot.moe/image/WTH3][img]https://cdn.scrot.moe/images/2016/12/01/screenFetch-2016-12-01_21-20-07.th.png[/img][/url]
                   ^ fullsize image                ^ thumbnail

Here is a generic piece of code if you need to create your own thumbnail:

[url=http://link.to.your.fullsized.image][img]http://link.to.your.thumbnail.image[/img][/url]

Re: July 2017 Screenshots

Why not move my post I made earlier in the June screenshots thread to this thread as it is now July not June smile

Re: July 2017 Screenshots

Because if I did that all the "thumbs, thumbs who's got the thumbs" messages after that would be kind of lost ... however, you could {cough cough} 'edit' your post, copy the code, and 'paste' the contents here in a 1 July post.   Then you'd have the end of June and the first of July covered.  smile

EDIT: Sorry too late: in a 2 July post now.

Re: July 2017 Screenshots

I've had the pleasure of having an nice little tate-to-tate with an old friend today, well, via PM's  And got a beautiful monochrome photograph of his for a wallpaper.  So it's my first wallpaper for July 2017.

Nice, and that's great. Going to look at some LED progress bars too for a conky to go with some space backgrounds.

GTK+: Adapta
Icons: Luv
Wallpaper: http://www.deviantart.com/art/DUNES-2-W … -656488303

Dotfiles: https://github.com/easysid/dotfiles

The icons in top bar are from material icon font. The C program used to generate the sysinfo only displays it if it crosses a certain threshold like cpu too hot, or too busy, which keeps the top bar clutter free.

Is that C program in your github page somewhere?

I think this is it:

https://github.com/easysid/dotfiles/tre … /panelinfo

A simple `make` seems to do the trick (libmpd-dev will probably be needed)  wink

EDIT: (or whatever the Void equivalent is, ofc  8) )

KARL is working nicely (ie, invisibly).

This is my kernel. There are many like it but this one is mine.

My kernel is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
