However, his experiences with BL aren't great in this post: here

That person has for some reason decided to use an outdated ISO image to "assess" our distribution.
Our current release fully supports UEFI systems (but not Secure Boot).
EDIT: thanks for the heads-up! ![]()

Looks like you might be on to something....from his post:
At first, I had a wee struggle of finding the download option, it's sneakily hidden on the official site

^ Well, it's on the "Installation" page in the "Downloads" section, I would have thought that was clear enough but apparently not ![]()

LOL, I dont' know when I see a big button saying DOWNLOAD HERE, my first thought is to look for the *real* download link. If you go to a lot of hmm...questionable sites (piratebay?) You are surrounded by every type of download button icon...So if the download link really did look something "obvious".... I always make sure my noscript is up at max ![]()

Dedoimedo didn't mention what iso he used (seems kinda pointless to even begin to write a review without providing that piece of info), but he implied that he downloaded from "the official site," and I see no old isos listed anywhere there. Is it possible that he downloaded a Deuterium iso but encountered some other issue relating to UEFI?

meh... Reading IS fundamental, comprehension IS essential.
After all, "the year IS 2017."
Well said!

He wrote one paragraph only, he said Lenovo but nothing else, he didn't register here for help.
Meh. Fail.
I don't care what you do at home. Would you care to explain?

And don't say the download link is hidden without linking to it. What's this, Maxim magazine? CNN? FFS...

He'll probably take another look. He's done so before, when a distro didn't work on his Lenovo. Further down in the review, he wrote:
"I will probably conduct additional distro tests on my other systems, the LG RD510 and HP Pavilion notebooks..."

Yes, it certainly is.
If @Dedoimedo is reading, a bug report would be most welcome ![]()
Please include the exact URL from which the ISO image was downloaded and also the full, exact command(s) used to transfer the image to the installation medium.
Our instructions are here:

@S11: that button needs to be green. otherwise people will not see it!
dedoimedo is such a troll.
not the first time they wrote a poorly conducted and negative review, applying invalid premises etc.
but they output A LOT of stuff, some of it good, so i'll forgive them.

Well I did a startpage search - [Download buttons] - clicked (Images) and picked one. I almost picked a blue one - my favourite colour.
I like this one (the second one) enough to show the page - but it's not green either. ![]()
