You should read the helpful Tint2 wiki
(which has been pointed out to you several times previously), and adjust the background opacity.

If you don't like the text-based configuration of tint2, you could try

tint2conf

instead — the new package in BunsenLabs' own jessie-backports repository has a much improved version of this (apparently):

Alternatively, you could replace the tint2 line in the file at ~/.config/openbox/autostart with:

xfce4-panel &

This will start XFCE's panel instead of tint2 and this has a right-click configuration menu that you may find more user-friendly.

These are the stanzas that you need to change, the background_color line needs to have 100 at the end instead of 0 — that number represents the opacity percentage.
