For Qt themes, I like the Kvantum styles/manager for KDE 4 and Qt 4. If you have Qt 5 >= 5.4, then you can also use it to set the Qt 5 styles (relies on having it built against Qt 5). Qt5ct can handle the fonts, etc.
The developer provides a 64-bit deb built against Ubuntu 16.04, and I've also reproduced that for Ubuntu 16.04 and 16.10 on the OBS and added 32-bit packages--

It won't drag in any KDE libraries, it just has some KDE accessories ready to go.
The builds will work for setting both Qt 4 and 5 styles, so those will end up matching. The deb also includes the KDE colors schemes, a window decoration, and a wide selection of themes to choose from. There's no Stretch repos currently readily available on the OBS; Stretch users could grab the debianized source packages from my repository and rebuild the package locally if they want to really make sure they are compatible: http://download.opensuse.org/repositori … ntu_16.10/

I have taken the liberty of splitting this off into it's own thread to ensure it doesn't get lost.
