Hello datetck, welcome the the forums
I have moved your thread to Basic Help & support and changed the title to reflect the problem.
I am not sure what you mean by
making a tower cdr duplication
Can you explain further please?

Generally yes, depends on the burners' interface; you could use a IDE-to-USB or SATA-to-USB bridge w/ a port multiplier. Note that in the case of IDE, you can only have one master and one slave on one cable so I'd say you need two bridges. In the case of SATA, you can use a port multiplier and one usb-to-sata bridge. Ideally, your laptop as an eSATA port and you do not need a bridge!
You probably have to try a few bridges first or try very hard to get high-quality electronic parts as most flying around on the internet market are Chinese junk that can cause potential data loss [not a huge issue with burners I think].
Better ask in a builders' or electronics forum, those guys tend to know where you can get high-quality parts.
You can check out industrial/commercial/bulk electronics stores too (not ebay or aliexpress!). In Germany for example, we have Reichelt https://secure.reichelt.de. These stores tend to have higher shipping cost but you can be sure to get good parts.

You can also check Turbojet2 and qmultirecord, which seem to provide the functionality you're looking for. As some tutorials show e.g. here or here there is no need to have the same cd burner. On an older pc the burning process might get too slow.
