Re: Wallpapers

A second iteration:

blcubed.th.png

The servant lifted off a kind of ottoman a long peacock-blue drapery, rather of the nature of a domino, on the front of which was emblazoned a large golden sun, and which was splashed here and there with flaming stars and crescents. “You’re to be dressed as Thursday, sir,” said the valet somewhat affably.

No, sadly not. It's something I threw together in GIMP. The top rectangle is the grey from the busenlabs website header, the bottom rectangle is the pale blue shading in the default forums theme, the flame logo is the highlight colour from the website header, and both the flame and the rectangle have a little drop shadow under them. I have the GIMP file, if that helps? (I've tidied the blocky edges of the flame logo). It's not showing me SVG as an export option.

Re: Wallpapers

Cool, no problem.  And thank you.  smile

The framework was a Planet Express logo project I made in Blender a couple years back; I embellished the background, modified the environment map so the atmosphere was darker and colder, and eased up on the lens blur.

This project helped me find a material/compositing setup for unnatural glowing light that I personally love and continue to use whenever appropriate in other projects.

A little practice I slammed together today.

I was going for coins, but the subdivision surfacing bugged out when duplicating.

Coins - looks close enough for me .... that is one expensive looking wallpaper.

I'd like to order 1600 units; 35mm in diameter, 3mm thick:
- - 1000 units of 14k gold
- - 500 units of 18k gold, and
- - 100 units of 24k gold - and
- 1 wallpaper - can't forget that!  angel

oh and a pair of 24k gold earrings for my wife too. {shhhhh it's a surprise}
