We were discussing this in the non-public development section of the MX Linux forums.  I packaged the C++ CLI client for our use, and maybe a GUI can use its output in a fancier looking shell.  I made an OBS repository for it that's still in the process of building the packages and setting a repo, so check back if there's nothing yet:  https://software.opensuse.org/download. … ldr-client

It come with its own "not for the simple" manpage, but just running

tldr tldr

will show the tldr version. wink   There's a command to download or update a version of the database on your own machine, too, otherwise there a lag of a few seconds for it to get a response on line.
