I'm new to BL and I try to find such information on this forum - unfortunetelly without luck.
I'm sure that such functionalisty is out ouf box ready, so I found network manager icon (top right corner) Configure connection > VPN connection but on the list is few options, I tryed few - but there wasnt option to provide login and pasword for VPN Ipsec connection to my gateway.
COuld You point me in right direction how to do it ?

I don't know how to do it, but why not see what the Debian wiki says, for example?

Alternatively, strongswan is good for connecting to IPSec networks. It also has plugins for network-manager. It also has the better documentation.
