Lock down - small issue

Hello

I try to change one thing. I need to setup automatic logon (with account that has password or if it's impossible - without a password).

Second problem that I have already is that after some time my screen went off I need to provide password when I want to open desktop again.

My computer has special purpose. Its for emergency access to serial console of my router. So I need to ask someone to power it on - and nothing else.

How to get such thing workings?
Some screenshots from power manager:

Try https://forums.bunsenlabs.org/viewtopic … 234#p32234

As an alternative, http://forums.debian.net/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=123694 allows autologin with no display manager at all.

To stop the password prompt from appearing, you need to disable the screenlocker, guide here:

https://forums.bunsenlabs.org/viewtopic.php?id=2080

To stop the screen from blanking, disable the screen management section in xfce4-power-manager and add this line to ~/.config/openbox/autostart

xset s off -dpms

I'm sorry but I'm not sure that I understand.

Please post exactly what you tried and explain exactly why things aren't working in more detail.

Thank You for explanation.
